Nice to meet you, I'm Kate, a registered dietitian and fertility coach. My passion is empowering women (and men) to take control of their fertility journeys, especially those over 35 who may feel the extra pressure of time. I provide the tools you need to get to baby faster using a whole-body approach that integrates nutrition, mindful movement, stress reduction, and quality sleep to build a strong foundation for fertility, reset your hormones, and improve your overall health - including egg and sperm quality. I call it the Foundational Fertility method.
The first step to Foundational Fertility is understanding your body - your menstrual cycle and your hormones. I am dedicated to empowering women to understand their bodies and work with their bodies to boost fertility. I bring a wealth of resources, experience and expertise to support you on your path to motherhood.
What is Foundational Fertility?
The idea behind Foundational Fertility is simple - building a strong foundation of whole body health you can improve your chances of conceiving more quickly. This happens by improving egg (and sperm) health & balancing hormones.
Our body systems are deeply interconnected - what we eat influences our sleep and fuels our movement, while stress affects digestion, and the quality of our sleep can impact our food choices. All these factors play a role in how our hormone production and egg & sperms health. Focusing on just one area means you're only addressing one piece of the fertility puzzle.
